Floor Installation by D&D Painting
A floor is only as good as what's under it. We check and level the subfloor, install the right underlayment, undercut door jambs and finish transitions and baseboards so the new floor looks seamless from room to room.

Floor Installation questions
Do you remove old flooring?
Yes. We remove and dispose of carpet, laminate and most existing flooring as part of the project quote.
Which floor is best for a basement?
Luxury vinyl plank and some engineered products handle basement moisture well. Solid hardwood generally isn't recommended below grade.
Can you paint and install floors in the same project?
Yes. We plan the order so walls and trim are painted and floors are protected, which saves you coordinating two crews.
