Exterior Painting questions
When is exterior painting season here?
Typically spring through late fall, when surface and air temperatures stay above the paint manufacturer's minimum. We schedule around rain so coatings cure properly.
Do you power wash before painting?
Yes. Every exterior job starts with a wash to remove dirt, mildew and chalk so the new paint bonds to a clean surface.
Can you fix rotted wood?
We repair or replace small sections of rotted trim and siding as part of prep. Larger carpentry is quoted separately before work begins.
