Staining & Epoxy by D&D Painting
Stain protects wood from UV and moisture, and epoxy turns a dusty concrete slab into a clean, durable floor. Both depend on surface prep: we wash and sand wood before staining, and we grind or etch concrete so epoxy bonds instead of peeling.

Staining & Epoxy questions
How often should a deck be stained?
Usually every two to three years for semi-transparent stain, depending on sun exposure and foot traffic.
How long before I can park on an epoxy floor?
Light foot traffic is often fine after about a day. Vehicles typically need several days of cure time. We'll give you exact timing for the product used.
Will epoxy peel off my garage floor?
Peeling is almost always a prep problem. We mechanically prepare the concrete so the coating bonds properly.
