Power Washing by D&D Painting
We use the right pressure for each surface. Soft washing for siding and roofs, higher pressure for concrete and pavers. Dirt, mildew, algae and pollen come off without damaging wood, stripping paint or forcing water behind siding.
What's included

- Decks, fences and pergolas
- Patios, pavers and walkways
- Driveways and stone steps
- Gutters and exterior trim
- Pre-paint and pre-stain cleaning

Power Washing questions
Will power washing damage my siding?
Not when it's done correctly. We soft wash siding with low pressure and cleaning solution instead of blasting it.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. We need access to an outdoor water spigot and closed windows. We'll confirm details when we schedule.
How often should I power wash my house?
Most homes in our area benefit from a wash every one to two years, more often on shaded or wooded lots.
